2026 Week 11,12 & 13

March 9th - 29th

Slow few weeks

Didn’t spend too much time on the bus during this period. Vacations, visitors, holidays, just too much to dig into anything so it slipped by with not much happening.

I did poke around a bit more on the window frames. I got some used ‘swooshes’ from TheSamba.com, and cleaned them up while trying out yet another paint stripper.

And I tried to find ways to hold the frames so I could use power tools to remove the paint and rust instead of going through stacks of sandpaper and scrapers.

The paint stripper worked decently, probably the best I’ve tried so far, but the window frames are just a huge pain no matter how I position them and what tools I use.

Hopefully more than this happens next week,…
